If all you have is number on the credit card or checking account begin charged, you can still cancel your membership quite easily. Just call CCBill at 1-888-596-9279 and give them whatever information you have. They're very helpful and, unlike some customer service centers, quite competent.
Even if you joined through our old processor, Ibill, call CCBill at the number above. All credit card information was migrated to CCBill when we switched processors.
You'll need your credit card number and the expiration date (for credit card users) or, if you joined by check, the MICR line found on your email receipt. Please note that if you joined by telephone you don't need to cancel- telephone memberships don't rebill. If you run into trouble, please visit our help desk.
