My credit card or online check was declined...

There are a few reasons why your card or check may have been declined by CCBill, our transaction processor. Your bank may have issued a decline on the transaction for a number of reasons, such as late-posting of payments or overdraft issues, none of which we have control over. The best thing to do in this instance is to call your bank and ask why they refused to allow the transaction.

"Negative Record Code" This means that your card may have been used fraudulently in the past, or it may simply have too many "revokes" (where your bank, for whatever reason, failed to pay on the transaction) or refunds issued in the past. If this is the case, it's really out of our hands. Your best bet would be to contact CCBill at 1-888-596-9279 and ask if they can remove your card from the negative record database.
